EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, it is also called Meridian Tapping. It is an amazingly simple but powerful technique where you can change how you feel about something in a matter of minutes. You can use it on tiredness, feeling overwhelmed, depression, sadness - literally anything you are feeling. You can also use it on physical symptoms of pain and illness.
One of the great things about EFT is that it is easy to learn, you can learn it in about 5 minutes. The other wonderful benefit is that you can apply it to almost anything - your back pain, the feeling of being stuck, unorganized, depression, food cravings to name a few.
So, think about something you want to tap on! Bring a notebook, and drink water that day - it helps to be hydrated.
